Sohar Islamic relocates Sohar branch to Al Waqaibah

MUSCAT: In-line with its brand promise for continued customer service enhancemen­t, Sohar Islamic, Bank Sohar’s Islamic window, recently relocated its branch in Sohar from Falaj Al Qabail to Al Waqaibah. The branch in its new location is now fully operationa­l and open to the general public.

Commenting on the relocation, Mr Salim Khamis Al Maskari, DGM and Head of Sohar Islamic, said: “Our branches are the principal human touch point for our valued customers and by placing them in strategica­lly selected locations we want to make sure they serve the largest numbers of the community. Our newly relocated branch in Sohar is part of a strategy focussed on enhancing customer experience by offering greater accessibil­ity to our products and services through various physical and digital touch points. This direction is witnessing parallel efforts to deliver increased efficiency across various processes to enhance service delivery”.

Sohar Islamic’s branch in its new location, robust infrastruc­ture and distinct identity enjoys ample car parking spaces, spacious interior, and convenient accessibil­ity from different directions in the area. The branch is open five days a week from 8am till 2pm and offers the complete range of Sharia compliant products and services for both the retail and corporate customers.
