New season at Grill House from Oct. 16

MUSCAT: Grand Hyatt Muscat’s popular rooftop dining outlet, The Grill House, is primed to usher the new season with two specially crafted season promotions - Mulwarra and Garage BBQ Night.

From October 16 to 25, Australian Chef Mike Tafe will join the Mulwarra promotion to curate a delectable menu that will be unique in its presentation and bespoke in the taste quarters. The Grill House will also present Garage BBQ Night, an exclusive weekend feast, on October 18 and 25, offering guests a special selection of meats and salads, with a live cooking station grilling the meats to perfection.

Both the promotions will be held in the evenings, from 7pm to 11pm, to infuse a leisurely mood to the sensorial experience of dining right under the bright stars that adorn the Muscat skies. With winter making its presence felt, more so in the evenings with the air turning crisp and smooth, The Grill House is set to become the destination of choice for foodies with a penchant for all things meat.

While the 10-day Mulwarra promotion will feature a special menu, presenting Australia based Mulwarra’s quality meat and seafood products, the Garage BBQ Night will offer a wide selection of meats and salads to appease the palates of all meat lovers. Premium Australian beef, lamb, veal, Wagyu beef, venison, game meat, poultry and seafood are some of Mulwarra’s top exports to fivestar hotels like Grand Hyatt Muscat.

Chef Mike Tafe will add an element of novelty to the proceedings of Mulwarra promotion by interacting with guests on all the ten days. Guests can look forward to a satiating experience as the menu promises to have the best from Mulwarra’s stores, worked to perfection by Hyatt’s team of culinary experts.

Designed for diners with big appetites, the menu will be inclusive of Grand Hyatt’s regular beverage package, along with its popular salad bar and the dessert.

The Garage BBQ Night, to be hosted on two consecutive Thursdays, will add to the outdoors seasons with live cooking on outdoor grills.

It will offer guests an all inclusive package that comprises a wide selection of meats, salads and beverages to give the weekend a laidback touch.
