New sea­son at Grill House from Oct. 16

MUS­CAT: Grand Hy­att Mus­cat’s pop­u­lar rooftop din­ing out­let, The Grill House, is primed to usher the new sea­son with two spe­cially crafted sea­son pro­mo­tions - Mul­warra and Garage BBQ Night.

From Oc­to­ber 16 to 25, Aus­tralian Chef Mike Tafe will join the Mul­warra pro­mo­tion to cu­rate a de­lec­ta­ble menu that will be unique in its pre­sen­ta­tion and be­spoke in the taste quar­ters. The Grill House will also present Garage BBQ Night, an ex­clu­sive week­end feast, on Oc­to­ber 18 and 25, of­fer­ing guests a spe­cial se­lec­tion of meats and sal­ads, with a live cook­ing sta­tion grilling the meats to per­fec­tion.

Both the pro­mo­tions will be held in the evenings, from 7pm to 11pm, to in­fuse a leisurely mood to the sen­so­rial ex­pe­ri­ence of din­ing right un­der the bright stars that adorn the Mus­cat skies. With win­ter mak­ing its pres­ence felt, more so in the evenings with the air turn­ing crisp and smooth, The Grill House is set to be­come the des­ti­na­tion of choice for food­ies with a pen­chant for all things meat.

While the 10-day Mul­warra pro­mo­tion will fea­ture a spe­cial menu, pre­sent­ing Aus­tralia based Mul­warra’s qual­ity meat and seafood prod­ucts, the Garage BBQ Night will of­fer a wide se­lec­tion of meats and sal­ads to ap­pease the palates of all meat lovers. Pre­mium Aus­tralian beef, lamb, veal, Wagyu beef, veni­son, game meat, poul­try and seafood are some of Mul­warra’s top ex­ports to fives­tar ho­tels like Grand Hy­att Mus­cat.

Chef Mike Tafe will add an el­e­ment of nov­elty to the pro­ceed­ings of Mul­warra pro­mo­tion by in­ter­act­ing with guests on all the ten days. Guests can look for­ward to a sa­ti­at­ing ex­pe­ri­ence as the menu prom­ises to have the best from Mul­warra’s stores, worked to per­fec­tion by Hy­att’s team of culi­nary ex­perts.

De­signed for din­ers with big ap­petites, the menu will be in­clu­sive of Grand Hy­att’s reg­u­lar bev­er­age pack­age, along with its pop­u­lar salad bar and the dessert.

The Garage BBQ Night, to be hosted on two con­sec­u­tive Thurs­days, will add to the out­doors sea­sons with live cook­ing on out­door grills.

It will of­fer guests an all in­clu­sive pack­age that com­prises a wide se­lec­tion of meats, sal­ads and bev­er­ages to give the week­end a laid­back touch.
