‘SPAR’ opens in Jebel Sifah

MUSCAT: Jebel Sifah, Muscat’s premier getaway destinatio­n, recently announced the opening of its first full service supermarke­t to be operated by world renowned Dutch food retail chain, ‘SPAR’.

The new amenity comes as part of the destinatio­n’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptiona­l services and bringing quality internatio­nal brands for homeowners and visitors.

Operating in 48 countries, ‘SPAR’ first launched in Oman in 2014 and has since expanded to 26 stores across the Sultanate. The new Jebel Sifah store will allow customers to benefit from access to internatio­nal and locally sourced produce with a wide range of choices at great value including fresh produce such as meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables that is available on a pre-order basis, as well as a bakery, confection­aries, home and personal care products. The outlet is open weekdays between 8am-1pm and 4.30pm-10pm, and from 8am-10pm on weekends and public holidays.
