Tusker Engineering Consultancy Group awarded a new project from TANMIA
MUSCAT: Tusker Engineering Consultancy Group, the flagship company of the Tusker Group, has acquired a mammoth project from TANMIA (Oman National Investments Development Company).
The contract signing was held on October 29 at TANMIA office, in the presence of Rashid Saif Al Saadi, chief executive officer of TANMIA and Fahad Khamis Al Bulushi, group chief financial officer of TANMIA and Ahmed bin Sabri Tusker, managing director and Buthainah bint Taya al Jandal, project director of Tusker Group, along with many other senior executives from both companies.
The project scope includes the development of two towers; one of which will be an office building whereas the second tower will be developed for serviced hotel apartments with about 120 keys operated by an international operator.
The towers will be situated at a strategic location alongside the flourishing Muscat Expressway, near the upcoming Mall of Oman. The destination is also slated to become the new corporate headquarter of TANMIA.
