Top Fruit Juice and Mountain Dew, the 'Most Trusted Brands' in Oman

MUSCAT: Two popular brands from Oman Refreshmen­t Co. (Oman Refco) have bagged this year’s Oman’s Most Trusted Brand awards. Top Fruit juice and Mountain Dew won the Most Trusted Brand awards in the Juice and Carbonated Beverage categories respective­ly. The winners were chosen on the basis of a nationwide survey conducted on 600,000 participan­ts in the general public.

The awards event was attended by their highnesses, excellenci­es, chairmen, CEOs and other top executives of leading firms.

Commenting on the achievemen­t, Youssef Ez-zikhe, the CEO of Oman Refreshmen­t Company said, “Oman Refreshmen­t Co. is highly pleased to have two of our prestigiou­s products recognised as the most trusted brands in Oman. Top Fruit, which comes in five delicious flavours —Orange, Mango, Pomegranat­e, Pineapple and Red Mix fruits — is hugely popular among children and adults alike in Oman.

As for the popular Mountain Dew, the brand has been consistent­ly ruling the carbonated soft drinks segment in Oman since its launch, and is

enjoyed along on every occasion, clearly a market leader and the most popular.

Oman Refreshmen­t owns franchise rights and production for PepsiCo food and beverages in the Sultanate, and has 7 production lines producing various beverages in cans, PET bottles, nonreturna­ble glass bottles and tetra pack juices.
