Sheikh Al Fadhil to be chief guest for Musharakah 2018

MUSCAT: Nama Group has announced that Sheikh Al Fadhil bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, will be the chief guest for Musharaka Conference 2018 closing ceremony.

Hassan bin Mohammed Al Lawati, Chairman of Nama Group, Omar bin Khalfan Al Wahaibi, Chief Executive Officer of Nama Group and the Conference Chairman, number of ministers and undersecretaries, Nama Group board members and the Group’s companies CEOs will join Al Harthy in the closing ceremony to be held on 12 December 2018 in Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.

This annual conference to be conducted with the aim to continue sharing knowledge, applying international directions, showcasing international best practices in the Electricity Sector and discussing the Group’s strategy in this area.

Also, the conference targets to set up a business map to achieve the Vision and Mission of the Group in the upcoming years, with active participation from stakeholders and concerned parties as well as all the group’s subsidiaries and local and international institutions.

Musharaka 2018 will be entitled “Harnessing the Technology” to promote the use of the world’s latest technology, which will directly improve the performance and services of the group’s companies.

It is worth mentioning that a cohort of senior officials and specialists from major international companies and organisations will take part to enrich this initiative and meet its objectives.

In addition, Nama Group will continue to engage potential leaders of its training programme “Ruwad” in the event to develop NG’s vision, empower its future leadership cadres and encourage them to participate in diverse projects and businesses to be planned and implemented in the future.
