Bahwan CyberTek conducts certificate programme General Management

MUSCAT: Bahwan CyberTek has successfully conducted the certificate programme in General Management for Corporates. The participants, who have successfully completed this programme, have received a certificate in “General Management for Business Executives” from Bahwan CyberTek.

Today’s aspiring leaders need to be equipped with the right skill sets to effectively manage and thrive in increasingly complex leadership roles.

This certificate programme is specifically tailored for tomorrow leaders, to help them become better leaders and business decision makers.

The participants who have successfully completed this programme and got a holistic understanding of general management concepts, are now able to operate efficiently, enhanced personal effectiveness, leading and motivating their team to greater performance and helping them to take better strategic business decisions.

The participants who attended this programme have gained knowledge on various modules such as Effective Business Communication; Finance for Decision Making, Personal Leadership Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Inter Personal Skills and Negotiation, Influencing and Managing Stakeholders.

Following the successful completion of the batch, BCT announces the next batch to commence in Dec, 2018. The ideal candidates for this programme are executives with over eight years of experience aspiring to reach the next level of leadership by enhancing their general management competencies. This programme will be delivered by senior faculties who regularly teach Executive Education in leading business schools. The teaching methodologies will be a mix of case studies, workshops, classroom learning and group activities. This six-month programme is designed and conducted in Oman, ensuring working professionals can continue their learning without any disruption to their work schedules. Successful candidates will receive the “Certificate Programme in General Management for Business Executives” from Bahwan CyberTek.
