Kuwait Airways introduces special offers for festive season

MUSCAT: Kuwait Airways announced attractive fares to Europe and USA to entice customers flying during X-Mas holiday season. The special return business class fares to London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Geneva, Frankfurt and Munich are now starting from OMR638 and the special economy class return fares are starting from OMR180. The return fares to Istanbul in Business Class OMR408 and the economy class fares starting from OMR123.

Further, the return Business class fares to New York is OMR708 and the economy class return fares starting from OMR273. The above stated fares are excluding of taxes and service charges and subject to seat availability.

Kuwait Airways is now having latest fleet of B777-300 and AB330-200 in their fleet with seats convertible to flatbed in business class, operating from Kuwait to Europe and USA.

Kuwait Airways now having its own new terminal 4 at Kuwait Airport and operating all its flights except to New York from the new terminal 4 which was opened in last August 6, 2018. The new terminal 4, spanning 55,000sqm has a capacity of 4.5 million passengers a year and can accommodate up to 6mn passengers. The new terminal has 14 boarding gates, 50 check-in counters, duty free shops and all the waiting area seats throughout the terminal have both power ports and USB ports. The Terminal 4 is the dedicated terminal for Kuwait Airways.

Kuwait Airways is providing what’s up services to all customers 24x7 and customers can send messages to +965 2220 0171 for any queries, issuing tickets, making changes on their reservation and complaints. The team of professionals working in the call centre section will respond to customers by what’s up. Kuwait Airways is also providing a unique SMS service for customers. Kuwait Airways sends SMS on the registered customer’s mobile phone alerting confirmation of seats, expiry of ticketing time limit to purchase tickets and any change of timings in the departures of flights booked. The service will keep the passengers informed on the status of their flights and it is available both in English and Arabic.

The special promotional offers are valid to travel during holiday season December and beyond months, said Kuwait Airways officials in Oman.
