Renault Oman launches new Megane RS

MUSCAT: Renault Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, has launched the all-new 2019 edition of Renault Megane RS which takes Renault Sport’s unmistakeable hallmarks of agility, efficiency and driving enjoyment a step further.
All-new Megane RS features a new generation of 1.8-litre turbo engine, delivering 280hp and 390Nm thanks to the development work jointly carried out by engineers from Renault Sport Cars and Renault Sport Racing. The car comes with 6AT Electronic Dual Clutch transmission.

Designed for performance
The impressive all-new Renault Megane RS is a car built to awaken the driving instincts with fourwheel steering and dynamic styling. Sitting squarely on its 19-inch wheels, the front features LED lights with RS Vision. With its many driving aids, Megane RS allies sporting performance with safety. It also features parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and emergency braking assistance.

4control technology contributes to incisive steering and optimised road holding for a precise, surefooted drive. At low speeds, the system turns the rear wheels in the opposite direction to the front wheels. At speeds of over 60kph, all four wheels turn in the same direction.
