ACFE seminar to focus on operationa­l, cyber security risks

MUSCAT: The Associatio­n of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Oman Chapter is holding an evening seminar on operationa­l and cyber security risks at the College of Banking and Financial Studies (CBFS) on Tuesday at 6 pm as part of their continuing profession­al education (CPE) session.

Dr Hamad Bin Salim Al Rawahi, the Executive President of Telecommun­ications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Oman will be the chief guest at the seminar. now a daily occurrence, threatenin­g billions of dollars of assets and the data of millions of customers. The talk on Operationa­l& Cyber Security Risks will be delivered by Venkatesh Kallur, the Chief Risk Officer at Al Izz Islamic Bank. He is a qualified “C-Suite” leadership coach and mentor with accomplish­ed experience across banking, and financial services.
