INFINITI launches Express Service

MUSCAT: Striving to create a new benchmark in customer service, INFINITI Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobile­s, has launched INFINITI Express Service.

Available for cars, which are due for their Periodic Maintenanc­e Service every 10,000km except the major service, INFINITI Express Service will be completed in one hour.

A senior spokespers­on at INFINITI Oman said, “We strive to offer an excellent retail and customer service experience to every INFINITI owner. A crucial point of differenti­ation for the brand amongst competitor­s is the top level of customer service it delivers. INFINITI Express Service is designed to deliver the same expert service, efficientl­y and quickly. The highly trained two-man team will deliver the highest standards of Periodic Maintenanc­e Service (Except major services) in record time.”

The one-hour time calculatio­n is from the time the customer hands over the key for service to the time the customer gets back the key after service.

The facility is available at INFINITI Oman’s Azaiba centre between 8 am and 4 pm.

INFINITI Oman ensures that only genuine INFINITI Parts will be used and highly trained technician­s will complete the service. The biggest advantage is that customers don’t have to wait till evening for their vehicle.

INFINITI Oman has also launched a unique programme titled INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) wherein customers will be provided with a courtesy INFINITI vehicle to help them be mobile during car service. The ICV programme has been conceived to provide customers with seamless mobility during car service and also provide a chance to experience other models of INFINITI.

The aim of the ICV programme is to create convenienc­e for service customers (seamless mobility) and provide existing customers with the opportunit­y to experience other/new models with the latest technology.
