Automatic opens 4th restaurant in Qurum

MUSCAT: ‘Automatic’, the popular Lebanese restaurant chain owned by the Mustafa Sultan Enterprise­s Group has opened its 4th branch in Shatti Al Qurum, close to the Al Shatti Mosque.

The restaurant was inaugurate­d by celebrity chef Manal Al Alem.

Manal Al Alem is a Jordanian celebrity chef who has a famous TV program ‘Manal Al Alem’s Kitchen’ which was aired on MBC channels in 2003. She has also organized many culinary festivals and has published over 5 cookbooks during her career. She is currently living in Dubai.

During the inaugurati­on, Chef Manal Al Alem introduced some of Automatic’s authentic Lebanese dishes mentioning the main ingredient­s used in each dish along with Automatic’s Lebanese Executive Chef, Sami Ali Bazih. Chef Manal along with the guests was taken around the newly decorated restaurant and kitchen. From Mustafa Sultan Enterprise­s, Shabir, Chairman, Akber, Vice Chairman, Noorjehan, Director, Najla, Director and Satish Moorjani, Group CEO was present.

Automatic Shatti Al Qurum will be open from 8am – 1am from Saturday to Thursday and 10am – 1am on Friday and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a seating capacity of 50 guests and features a new contempora­ry design highlighti­ng Automatic’s authentic, Lebanese inspired atmosphere.

‘Automatic’ restaurant has been operating in Oman since 1996 and has been gaining in popularity due to their uncompromi­sing commitment to quality. The restaurant gets its ingredient­s from the best sources and places equal emphasis on hygiene and great taste. The restaurant now has 4 branches in Shatti Al Qurum, Al Khuwair, Ghubra and Al Hail. The restaurant opened its first renovated branch with a new modern concept and design in March 2017 in Al Hail followed by the 3 other branches. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeaways, outdoor shawarma & barbeque stations and events catering services.
