BankDhofar marks Renaissance Day with cash prizes for customers

MUSCAT: BankDhofar marked the 49th Renaissance Day with customers at Salalah Gardens Mall, during which the bank conducted its Savings Account draws for this occasion.

The event saw a large turnout of families with their children who enjoyed the occasion, which was full of enthusiasm and much reflection of patriotism. Many lucky customers won in the Savings Account draws and 5 lucky customers won OMR 1,000 each in the Renaissance Day Draw.

Commenting on the event, Faisal Hamed Al Wahaibi Chief Retail Banking Officer, said: “On the occasion of 49th National Day, BankDhofar is honoured to extend sincere congratulations and heartfelt blessings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. We celebrate this occasion with pride for the achievements and progress seen during the past 49 years. At BankDhofar, we opted to share the joy with our customers and reward them for their savings.”

National colours with a festive atmosphere prevailed the event which hosted several fun-filled activities and entertainment shows. As part of the event, BankDhofar conducted daily, weekly, and monthly draws. The daily draw prizes are worth OMR 1,000, for 1 customer per day. For the weekly draw prizes, 10 customers per week got the chance to win OMR 1,000 each, and one lucky customer per month got the chance to win OMR 10,000. For Al Riadah customers, one customer won OMR 25,000 in the monthly draw.

“I would like to congratulate all the winners and I encourage our customers to continue saving as they might be the winners in the coming draws.” Al Wahaibi said.

With a total of OMR 2 million, the scheme is valid until December 2019. As per the prize draw scheme, BankDhofar customers who save a minimum of 100 OMR in their accounts are eligible to enter the draws where 1 customer/ per day will win cash prizes worth OMR 1,000 in the daily prizes, 10 customers/ per week will get the chance to win OMR 1,000 each in the weekly prizes and one lucky customer/ per month will get the chance to win OMR 10,000 in the monthly prize, in addition to the grand prize worth OMR 50,000 for one winner. For the special occasion prizes, 5 customers will get the chance to win OMR 1,000 each in the Omani Women’s Day prize draw, 5 customers will get the chance to win OMR 1,000 each in the Renaissance Day prize draw, 10 customers will get the chance to win OMR 1,000 each in the Back to School prize draw.
