Shop, dine and enjoy exciting offers this week at Thai Trade expo

MUSCAT: Bringing authentic products and services right to your doorstep, the 4th Thai Trade Exhibition Oman arrived in the capital, Muscat, yesterday.

The fair, being held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) will run until Saturday, October 5. It will feature over 100 exhibitors from Thailand offering a variety of exciting Thai products and services at great bargains. The exhibition will target traders as well as the public.

Visitors can expect quality merchandis­e such as beauty, health and wellness products, fashion and accessorie­s, authentic Thai food and beverages, perfume and oud oil, diamond jewellery and hair care.

In addition to that, the fair will give traders and visitors the insight, latest products and services to grow their businesses, enrich customer experience and drive performanc­e.

There are also chances of winning a trip to Thailand through a raffle draw.

Commenting on the event, Said Al Shanfari, CEO of the OCEC said: “We are excited to bring the 4th Thai Trade Exhibition here to the OCEC. This event brings a taste of Thailand to visitors and aims to promote cross-cultural trade between the Sultanate of Oman and Thailand. The OCEC is the perfect platform to host different cultural events and provide unique experience­s to visitors.”

Akavut (Tony) Tangsiliku­sonwong, CEO and Founder of VEGA Intertrade & Exhibition­s LLC, continued: “Thai Trade Exhibition Oman is a must-see for everyone. With free entry, everyone can see, taste and experience an exciting array of authentic Thai food, products, medical and beauty care services all with amazing deals at the 4th edition of Thai Trade Exhibition.”

The fair is open to visitors at the OCEC on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are from 10 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 10 pm. However, on Friday, visitors can attend the exhibition from 4 pm until 10 pm.

With the initiative and support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, who are also one of the main sponsors, the fair will include a special zone for Thailand medical tourism which will host eight private hospitals from Thailand. Visitors to this zone will get a chance for a free health check-up.

Another new feature will be guided visitor buying, led by The Gem and Jewellery as main sponsor, to officially guarantee the jewellery quality and ensure that consumers can buy with confidence during the show. Other highly anticipate­d events of the fair include the appearance of Johnny J-Hair, an expert on how to cure a million hair problems. He will share his products to reduce hair loss and build new hair.
