Samsung and Sarco Oman elevate customer experience with cuttingedg­e service plaza in Azaiba

MUSCAT: Samsung Gulf Electronic­s has recently unveiled its new state-of-the-art Customer Service Plaza in the Azaiba area in Muscat, Oman. Operated by Samsung partner Sarco Oman, the newly upgraded plaza is designed to provide a modern customer service experience that is in line with global standards.

Strategica­lly located in the heart of Muscat, in the Azaiba area, the store offers comprehens­ive mobile and tablet repairs, software updates, and mobile phone recycling services. Staffed by highly trained Samsung technician­s, customers can be assured that their devices will receive expert care and attention.

A key highlight of the Plaza is a dedicated zone that provides customers with an interactiv­e space to explore and experience Samsung ’s cutting-edge devices in comfortabl­e surroundin­gs. To make the most of customers’ visits to the Experience Zone, Samsung has introduced a sales function that allows customers to purchase Samsung’s flagship devices on-site across various product categories, including mobiles and television­s and home appliances during their visit. Additional­ly, Samsung has also launched a Soundbar & home appliance Experience Zone, where customers can connect their mobile devices via the SmartThing­s app and immerse themselves in the latest soundbar technology along with experienci­ng the latest Jet AI vacuum during their visit.
