-

year on March

8th, the world celebrates International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

This year’s theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” carries a powerful message that extends far beyond a single day of celebration.

It is a call to action, urging us to create a world where all women, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstance, feel valued, empowered, and actively included in every aspect of society.

In the context of International Women’s Day 2024, “inclusion” refers to the active process of creating a society where all women, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences, feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully in all aspects of life.

This includes:

Equal access to opportunities and resources: This encompasses education, employment, healthcare, political participation, and other areas where women

may face systemic barriers.

Representation and participation in decision-making: Ensuring women have a seat at the table and their voices are heard in shaping policies and initiatives that impact their lives.

Celebrating diversity: Recognising and valuing the unique experiences, perspectives, and contributions of women from all walks of life, including different cultures, ethnicities, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Financial Independence: Focus on women becoming financially independent. Being financially independent should be the main aim of every single women. Let us focus on becoming independent, I would say financially independent. We can be anyone’s daughter, sister or wife that does not matter .As a women we should focus on becoming financially independent because future is always uncertain.

Remember, inclusion is not a destination, but a continuous process that requires active participation and commitment from all of us.

In conclusion, “Inspire Inclusion” is not just a theme, it’s a call to action. By actively fostering inclusivity, we can empower women, unlock their potential, and build a brighter future for everyone.

Let’s embrace the power of diverse perspectives and create a world where all women feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.

Happy women’s day to all wonderful ladies out there.
