KIA Oman honoured with 2023 Sales Customer Satisfaction Regional Excellence Award
The award recognises the RIA’s outstanding performance and effective initiatives taken across the customer journey cycle in the vehicle sales process
At a recent special ceremony, Yuri Duzhnikov - Head of Sales, Kia Middle East & Africa region, gave away the ‘Regional Excellence Award’ for securing the highest sales customer satisfaction index in the region to its distributor in Oman – Reliable International Automotive (RIA).
The award was presented on behalf of SooHang Chang, KIA President, Middle East & Africa Region and received by Abdullah Mohamed Bahwan, Managing Director – Corporate, Saud Bahwan Group.
