Pact inked to enable Alizz Islamic customers to purchase units in Khalid Logistics City

MUSCAT: Reinforcin­g its position as one of Oman’s most customer-centric Islamic banking institutio­ns, Alizz Islamic Bank has signed an agreement with Al Rowad Internatio­nal Business & Developmen­t (BBH Group) to provide finance solutions to the bank’s customers who seek to purchase units in Khalid Logistics City in Rusayl Industrial Zone.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Alizz Islamic Bank, by Asaad Al Kharusi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank and was signed by Al Waleed Khalid Al Mataani, CEO of BBH Group. Senior executives from both organisati­ons were also present at the signing ceremony.

Khalid Logistics City which covers a built-up area of 21,000 sqm consists of 19 commercial/residentia­l buildings 104 warehouses and 660 rooms. Customers who avail financing from the bank to purchase units from this project will get a discount of 30% on the selling price with a financing tenor of up to 15 years, including a grace period of up to 12 months.

Remarking on the signing of the agreement, Asaad Al Kharusi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic
