PHP police starts tree plantation drive

FAISALABAD: Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) police has started tree plantation campaign in Faisalabad region. A spokesman of the PHP told on Tuesday that patrolling police will plant 660 saplings at 22 PHP posts besides planting 11,000 saplings in beat areas in this district. Similarly, 540 plants would be planted at 18 PHP posts and 9000 saplings in beat areas of district Jhang whereas 210 plants will be planted at seven PHP posts and 3500 saplings in beat areas of district Toba Tek Singh, he added.
