Sindh CM approves intel-based operation against terrorists

Sindh government has decided to register all the immigrants, legal and illegal, living in the city, in and around the slump areas and outskirts to develop a data base of who is who and where he lives and what he does. This decision was taken by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah while presiding over a special meeting to review law & order here at the CM House. The meeting was attended by CM advisors on Informatio­n Maula Bux Chandio, on Law Murtaza Wahab, Chief Secretary Siddique Memon, DG Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar, Additional IG Karachi Mushtaq Maher, Additional IG CTD Sanaullah Abbasi, Home Secretary Shakeel Mangnijo and provincial heads of intelligen­ce agencies and others.

In the start of the meeting the attack on police training center Quetta was condemned and Fateha was offered for the people killed in the terrorist attack and solidarity with the people of Balochista­n was expressed. The chief minister said that the law & order situation in the province in general and in the Karachi in particular was satisfacto­ry because the law enforcemen­t agencies have done wonderful job.
