Ranbir Kapoor isn’t on Mawra’s dream actor’s list

Looks like Mawra Hocane has finally changed her mind about working with Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. In a radio interview with Special Broadcasti­ng Service SBS in Sydney, the Sanam Teri Kasam actor revealed that Ali Zafar is one artist she dreams to work with: “I hope I can work with him soon, he’s a wonderful human being and he’s such a great performer. He opened the show at the Lux Style Awards and though I knew him from before, I was mesmerised by his performanc­e - the way he took over the show.” But he’s not the only one she’s hoping to work alongside onscreen, Mawra revealed that she and her sister Urwa Hocane are looking for projects in which the two can work together. “We’re looking forward to working together; we’re waiting for a good script because usually, they [TV shows] show sisters fighting or being envious of each other, or destroying the other’s families’. So we’re waiting for a script which displays the essence of sisterhood,” added the starlet. Her sister also serves as her inspiratio­n, more so after Urwa’s recent hit TV serial Udaari, which centres around the sensitive topic of child abuse, and Mawra discloses that her upcoming Hum TV drama Sammiis also along the same lines.
