TEVTA TENDER NOTICE

Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, invites sealed tenders based on item rates/Market Rate System (MRS), 1st Bi Annual 2013 for the work mentioned below from the contractor/ firms enclisted from Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year. Tender document can be obtained from the office of Manager (works) after the payment of tender cost amounting Rs. 5270/- against written request accompanied with attested copies of upto date renewal of PEC licsense, NTN certificate, authority letter on the pad of contractor/firm, identity card of contractor/managing partner (if any) of the firm, and affidavit that firm is not black listed from any Govt./semi Govt, Department.

Tender rates and amount should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general direction given in the tender document.

Tenders not accompanied with earnest money (2% of bid value) in the shape of deposit at call receipt from Scheduled Bank (in favour of Chairman TEVTA) along with attested copies of registered partnership deed/power of attorney in case of firm/partners, will not be entertained.

Any bidder quoting the rates 5% or more below than T.S. estimate shall have to deposit the difference in the shape of deposit at call as per Finance Department notification, which will be returned on successful completion of work.

Competent Authority has the right of rejecting any or all the tenders and increase/decrease the scope of work, without assigning any reason thereof.

Last date for submission of tenders is 04.04.2013 up to 12.30 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 1.00 p.m. in the presence of bidders in the office of undersigned.
