Pak-Spain trade improved after grant of GSP+

Ambassador of Spain in Pakistan Carlos Morales said on Tuesday that trade between the two countries had improved considerably after grant of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Plus status to Pakistan. Talking to Board of Investment (BoI) Chairman Dr Miftah Ismail here, the Ambassador said his country was interested to explore more investment opportunities in Pakistan. The BoI Chairman welcomed the Ambassador and said that Pakistan had a great potential and it was one of the developing countries where business was growing due to better law and order situation in the country. He also ensured them that they could always come to BoI for one window operation starting from the registration of Spanish company.
