BoK assures service quality through hardworking bankers: CEO Shams

The Bank of Khyber (BOK) ensure at bank to indict good human resource in order to provide better services to the customers in time.

This was stated by Shams-ulQayyum, Managing Director & CEO BOK while addressing the inaugural session of newly inducted group of 65 General Banking Officers (GBOs), Retail Banking Officers (RBOs) and Cash Officers(COs).

The ceremony was also attended by Group Heads O&S Shabeer Ahmad Sheikh, SAM & CAD Muhammad Yaseen Chaudhry, Human Resources & Islamic Banking Muhammad Atif Hanif apart from Divisional & Departmental Heads.

Shams-ul-Qayyum while welcoming the newly-hired batch of GBOs, RBOs & COs stated that now BoK is covering more than 80 cities in the country and the Bank has expanded its services & network from Jamrud to Karachi and from Rahim Yar Khan to DIKhan with 66 dedicated Raast Islamic Banking branches and 64 conventional Banking branches.

Shams-ul-Qayyum said that hard work is the only key to success while adding that set goals for yourself and then work hard to achieve those goals. He also said that integrity and character play an important role in banking profession and in building one's career.

He also advised the newly inducted officers that in banking profession responsibility towards your job, your department, your organization and your action and words is very important. While wishing them all the best, MD BOK said that you areour future and BOK will further flourish with your presence. Prior tothis Group Head Human Resources. Mr. Sher Muhammad Mohmand, while welcoming the newly hired groups said that the Bank in order to provide quality banking services to the clients valued quality human resource with specialized training and clear mind. BOK will be shortly having a fully equipped Training Centre of its own in Hayatabad which will further enhance our training facilities.
