BoK as­sures ser­vice qual­ity through hard­work­ing bankers: CEO Shams

The Bank of Khy­ber (BOK) en­sure at bank to in­dict good hu­man re­source in or­der to pro­vide bet­ter ser­vices to the cus­tomers in time.

This was stated by Shams-ulQayyum, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor & CEO BOK while ad­dress­ing the in­au­gu­ral ses­sion of newly in­ducted group of 65 Gen­eral Bank­ing Of­fi­cers (GBOs), Re­tail Bank­ing Of­fi­cers (RBOs) and Cash Of­fi­cers(COs).

The cer­e­mony was also at­tended by Group Heads O&S Shabeer Ah­mad Sheikh, SAM & CAD Muham­mad Yaseen Chaudhry, Hu­man Re­sources & Is­lamic Bank­ing Muham­mad Atif Hanif apart from Di­vi­sional & De­part­men­tal Heads.

Shams-ul-Qayyum while wel­com­ing the newly-hired batch of GBOs, RBOs & COs stated that now BoK is cov­er­ing more than 80 ci­ties in the coun­try and the Bank has ex­panded its ser­vices & net­work from Jam­rud to Karachi and from Rahim Yar Khan to DIKhan with 66 ded­i­cated Raast Is­lamic Bank­ing branches and 64 con­ven­tional Bank­ing branches.

Shams-ul-Qayyum said that hard work is the only key to suc­cess while adding that set goals for your­self and then work hard to achieve those goals. He also said that in­tegrity and char­ac­ter play an im­por­tant role in bank­ing pro­fes­sion and in build­ing one's ca­reer.

He also ad­vised the newly in­ducted of­fi­cers that in bank­ing pro­fes­sion re­spon­si­bil­ity to­wards your job, your depart­ment, your or­ga­ni­za­tion and your ac­tion and words is very im­por­tant. While wish­ing them all the best, MD BOK said that you are­our fu­ture and BOK will fur­ther flour­ish with your pres­ence. Prior tothis Group Head Hu­man Re­sources. Mr. Sher Muham­mad Mohmand, while wel­com­ing the newly hired groups said that the Bank in or­der to pro­vide qual­ity bank­ing ser­vices to the clients val­ued qual­ity hu­man re­source with spe­cial­ized train­ing and clear mind. BOK will be shortly hav­ing a fully equipped Train­ing Cen­tre of its own in Hay­atabad which will fur­ther en­hance our train­ing fa­cil­i­ties.
