Former Interior Minister and Senate Standing Committee on Interior Chairman Senator Rehman Malik Friday sought action against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for protecting international fugitives involved in biggest ever credit fraud and money laundering.

He said he would like to place on record of FATF that the Indian Prime Minister Modi is protecting a businessman who has defrauded 45 international banks based in UAE between 1980 and 1998, which has been termed as the biggest credit fraud in the history of international banking.

They have conned these banks of $360 million which were later laundered throughout Middle East as well as European countries, Rehman Malik said.

He said that attack on the Indian army convoy was a conspiracy to help Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to win general elections in India due this year by whipping up anti-Pakistan frenzy.

Addressing a news conference here, Pakistan Peoples Party leader said by such tactics India was trying to isolate Pakistan but it would not succeed in its designs.

He said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been propagating against Pakistan, alleging the charges of money laundering, terror financing and other false allegations whereas he himself is face of an internationally notorious terrorist organization namely RSS operating in whole of India under the patronage of PM Modi. It is universally known fact that RSS is being funded by State of India under PM Modi, he said.

Rehman Malik said Pakistan has already condemned the attack on Indian army in occupied Kashmir. He said Indian rulers have made a habit to blame Pakistan for any incident of terrorism in India. He said in the past India has blamed Pakistan for many incidents but after investigations, it transpired that India elements were responsible.

In this connection, cited the examples he of Samjhota Express attack, He said Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute and India instead of granting right to self-will to Kashmiris it is committing their genocide.

He said India was indulging in terrorist financing in Pakistan through its spy network in Pakistan and the head of the spy network was caught red-handed who has also confessed doing numerous acts of terrorism in Pakistan as per plan provided to him by Research and Analysis Wing ( RAW) - an Indian spy agency.

The international court, trying spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, must not forget about the victims of Jadhav who were butchered by him under the direction of Indian RAW, he said.

The PPP senator said he has sent an open letter to the head of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) with a copy to the Secretary General, UNO and authorities in Pakistan including the Attorney General of Pakistan with the request to place his findings on record before the International court and FATF.
