Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Distribution Program in PU

LAHORE: Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Niaz Ahmad along with Advisor HRD, HEC Brig (r) Hassan Jalil has inaugurated distribution of scholarship among the deserving and meritorious students of PU. In this regard the scholarship distribution ceremony under Ehsaas undergraduate Scholarship program was held in the committee room of Punjab University Vice Chancellor.

On this occasion Acting Director P&D Prof Dr Anwar, focal person Ehsaas Program/Deputy Director P&D/Students Financial Aid Officer Muhammad Ahmed and others were present. Previously Institutional Scholarship Award Committee selected 1381 students from University of the Punjab for award of that scholarship.

Meanwhile, Punjab University Examinations Department has notified that one-time extension till 19th September, 2020 has been approved for re-checking of papers to those whose results were declared during pandemic period (March 2020 to July 2020). According to details, the candidates of M.A./ M.Sc. Part-I & Part-II Supplementary 2019, LLB (5-Years) Part-I, II & III, BS Applied Geology First, Second & Third Years, Supplementary 2019, LLB Part-III (Abroad) Frankfurt (Germany), Supplementary 2018 and B.Com Part-II (Abroad) Qatar, Supplementary 2018 & Annual 2019 and Australia, Supplementary 2018.

Punjab University Examinations Department has also notified that the Re-Conduct of BA/BSc/Associate Degree Arts/Science Part-II Annual Examination 2020, Paper: English (BSc) Group-1 dated 18-08-2020 & English Language-II (Comp) Group-II dated 20-08-2020 will be held on 28-08-2020 (Friday), in batches I & II respectively.
