A lakatoi (traditional sail boat) once used by the Motu- Koitabu people for trading, moves through the water of Fairfax Harbour, Port Moresby, towards Ela Beach. The photographer took the picture with a drone during last year’s Hiri Moale Festival. The festival returns during Independence weekend on September 21 and 22.
