Farmers from Oriental Mindoro, Isabela, and Southern Leyte have witnessed the good-looking milled grain and best-tasting cooked rice of Arize AZ 7888 through the mini launches conducted between October to November 2016. Farmers were invited for a brief discussion on the new variety and gathered around for a boodle fight served with Arize AZ 7888. Games, raffles, and take home t-shirts, caps, and Arize AZ 7888 milled rice gave them the best reasons to welcome the new variety!
