Murder vs ‘killer couple’ ng enforcer

Nakatakdang sampahan ng kasong murder ang mga suspek sa pagpatay sa traffic enforcer sa Pasay City noong Martes.

Ayon kay Senior Supt. Lawrence Coop, hepe ng Pasay City Police, kasong pagpatay ang isasampa laban kina Cairoden Mangundao, alyas “Nashro Bagindulo”; at kanyang misis na si Norhinia Sema, alyas “Agua Sema” at “Rose Sema”, ng Bella Vista Subdivision, Barangay Santiago, General Trias, Cavite.

Sinabi rin ni Coop na nalaman ng Station Special Investigation Team ( SSIT) Lunas, binuo sa pagsasagawa ng malalimang imbestigasyon sa pagkamatay ni Noel Lunas, 46, miyembro ng Pasay City Traffic Management Office, ang pagkakakilanlan ng pangunahing suspek na si “Cairoden Mangundao” sa pamamagitan ng mga record ng iba’t ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno, kabilang na ang Commission on Elections (Comelec).

“Previously, it was reported that the name was (Bagindulo), it turned out that the primary suspect’s real name was Mangundao. This is crucial because we want to get the right names if we are to file the case soon,” pahayag kahapon ni Coop sa Balita.

“Now, the SSIT is planning to file a murder case against the suspects before the Pasay Prosecutor’s ( Office) next week, hopefully Monday. The male suspect for shooting the victim and the female suspect for conniving. We are just waiting for the result of some examinations from the crime lab (laboratory) to obtain an airtight case,” dagdag niya.
