BUKOD kay Alexander Lee, ang isa pang Korean star na may ginagampanang mahalagang role sa My Korean Jagiya ay si Michelle Oh.
Si Michelle, na isa sa most beautiful and talented actresses sa Korea, ay gumaganap bilang si Madam Kim Yea-jin, ang authoritative pero caring na ina nina Jun Ho (Alexander) at Ji Hu ( David Kim).
Agad niyang tinanggap ang role nang ialok sa kanya dahil excited siyang makapagtrabaho sa Pilipinas at maging bahagi ng kauna-unahang Filipino-Korean romantic comedy series.
“The Philippines is such a friendly and hospitable country. I couldn’t ask for a better role. All of my family and friends are supporting me on this project so I am grateful and I feel I need to do my best,” sabi ni Michelle.
Napamahal si Michelle sa kanyang primetime soap dahil naiiba ito sa lahat ng mga ginampanan niyang karakter. “Most of the roles I’ve done were a rich woman and wife but for My Korean Jagiya, I’m not only rich but powerful so I like this role very much.”
Na- touch at labislabis ang pasasalamat ni Michelle sa malugod na pag- aasikaso sa kanya ng buong production team at ng kanyang coactors lalo na si Heart Evangelista.
“I think Filipinos in general have a good heart. I am truly grateful for the kindness Heart has shown us. She invited us to her home and she also brought us to different places. I’ve learned so much from her. I am overwhelmed that I’ve made new friends. All of the my co-stars are very friendly and kind,” sabi ng Korean actress.
