Kaso ni Audrina Patridge kay Corey Bohan, ibinasura ng korte
IBINASURA ng korte ang kasong domestic abuse na isinampa ni Audrina Patridge laban sa asawang si Corey
Bohan, ayon sa ET. Tumawag si Patridge sa Irvine Police Department nitong Setyembre 6 matapos niyang isaad sa court papers na diumano’y hina- harass siya ni Bohan. Pagkatapos ng imbestigasyon, iprinisinta ang ebidensiya sa Orange County District Attorney’s office, at matapos busisiin ay ibinasura ito.
“The prosecutor reviewed all of the information provided by the Irvine Police Department and, unfortunately, the prosecutor did not feel that they would be able to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt,” lahad ng tagapagsalita ng the Orange County District Attorney’s office sa ET nitong Lunes.
Saad naman ng tagapagsalita ni Patridge sa ET sa statement, “Audrina is putting on a brave face, but these exchanges between Audrina and Corey are court ordered to take place at a police station for her protection. There is still a family law domestic violence case open.”
Nagpakasal sina Patridge at Bohan noong nakaraang Nobyembre, matapos ang on and off relationship simula 2008, at mayroong isang taong gulang na anak, si Kirra. Ayon sa court documents na nakuha ng ET, dalawang araw bago nagsampa ng divorce, humiling si Patridge ng temporary restraining order laban sa Australian BMX rider dahil sa umano’y insidente ng domestic violence. Nilagdaan ng judge ng Orange County, California ang hiling ni Patridge, at ipinag- utos na lalayo si Bohan 100 yard mula sa aktres. Binigyan naman ng monitored visitation rights si Bohan para sa kanilang anak na si Kirra, at ang susunod na hearing ay nakatakda sa Oktubre 6.
“Audrina’s No. 1 priority is her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,” lahad ng tagapagsalita ni Patridge sa ET nang panahong iyon.
Nitong Sabado, binasag ng 32 taong gulang na Hills star ang kanyang pananahimik ukol sa divorce drama, at nag-post ng video ni Kirra sa Instagram.
