“The three were caught in an entrapment operation offering the services of complainants SNRZ and JEC, then 17 years old, to motorists along Marcos Highway, Marikina City,” pahayag kahapon ng Secretary.

“The pimps charge the customers from P1,000–P1,500 for the young women’s services, for which they get a ‘commission’ ranging from P100 – P500 each,” diin niya.

Sinabi ni Aguirre na hinatulan ng Marikina City Regional Trial Court ( RTC) Branch 168 ang tatlong bugaw na guilty beyond reasonable doubt sa Attempted Qualified Trafficking in persons under paragraph [a], Section 4 as qualified under paragraph [ a], Section 6 of RA 9208, the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.
