YouTube, bumuwelta sa Logan Paul controversy

We know that the actions of one creator can affect the entire community, so we’ll have more to share soon on steps we’re taking to ensure a video like this is never circulated again.” Ang video na mula sa “suicide forest” sa Japan na tinatawag na Aokigahara ay binura sa internet ilang oras pagkaraang i-post. Ngunit hindi naman sinuspinde o binura ang account ni Paul. Humingi ng paumanhin si Paul sa kumalat na video at kontrobersya, at tinawag itong “severe and continuous lapse in my judgment,” at nag-tweet siya noong Enero 3 na siya ay “taking time to reflect.”
Binanggit din ng YouTube ang pahayag ng isa sa mga bituin na nagbahagi ng kanilang pagkadismaya sa video ni Paul – ito ay mula sa kapwa YouTube sensation na si Anna Akana. “As Anna Akana put it perfectly: ‘That body was a person someone loved. You do not walk into a suicide forest with a camera and claim mental health awareness.’”
