Deadline sa paghahain ng ITR, Abril 15

Mananatiling Abril 15, 2018 ang huling petsa ng paghahain ng annual income tax returns (ITR) at hindi ito apektado ng pagpapatupad ng Tax Reform Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, inihayag ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Ito ang nilinaw ng BIR matapos lumutang ang mga ulat na mababago ang schedule ng paghahain ng ITR dahil implementasyon ng TRAIN.

“The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is reminding all taxpayers that the deadline for the filing of the individual Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) and the payment of the tax due thereon, if any, is still April 15 following the close of each taxable year,” ayon pa sa statement BIR.

May ilang sektor kasi na nagsasabing inilipat ang deadline sa Mayo 15 dahil sa pagkakabisa ng Republic Act (RA) 10963 o TRAIN Law nitong Enero 1, 2018.

“Under the old law, the deadline was April 15 which coincides with the deadline for the filing of the Annual Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1700 and 1701),” diin ng ahensiya.
