Heather Locker, sinigawan ang mga pulis ng ‘You deserve your kids to die’

N ANG gabing arestuhin ng pulisya ang aktres na si Heather
Locklear, dahil sa alegasyon ng felony domestic battery at tatlong bilang ng pambubugbog, sinabi niya sa mga pulisy na sinakal siya ng kanyang boyfriend na si Chris Heisser at tinangka nitong patayin siya.
Nakuha ng People ang mga dokumento ng search warrant at AffidavitofProbableCausedocuments na inihanda ni Senior Deputy Sheriff Keith Hall — na gumamit ng accounts mula kay on-the-scene Sergeant Camo, deputies Nesgis at Alldredge, gayundin ang body cam footage upang imbestigahan ang insidente noong Pebrero 25 sa bahay ni Locklear sa Thousand Oaks, California, na nauwi sa pagkakaaresto ng Melrose

“Locklear told Deputy Alldredge that (Heisser) had strangled her and that she was afraid he would kill her,” lahad ni Hall sa mga dokumento. “Locklear stated she did not lose consciousness, but was strangled for a long time and thought she might pass out.”
Dagdag pa ni Hall, sinabi umano ni Locklear sa mga pulis na ang pananakal ay “stopped her from breathing.”
Ayon kay Heisser — na dating karelasyon ni Locklear noong high school at naging karelasyon ulit nitong nakaraang taon - kay Deputy Nesgis, “‘I didn’t touch her,” saad naman sa report ni hall.
“Deputy Alldredge saw that (Heisser) was bleeding from the bridge of his nose and he had redness on his chest,” lahad ni Hall sa mga dokumento. “(Heisser) told Deputy Alldredge that in the bedroom, Locklear attacked (Heisser) while he was on the bed and he defended himself. He did not know how many times Locklear struck him. Locklear bit his face and described Locklear as being ‘all over’ him for the last 20-30 minutes acting ‘crazy,’ ‘angry,’ and ‘wild.’ ”
Sa kasagsagan ng imbestigasyon, “Locklear exhibited combative, belligerent, and aggressive behavior toward deputies,” saad sa ulat ni Hall.
Pagbabalik-tanaw niya, ang naging pag-uugali ng aktres ay “agitated and uncooperative,” at sinabi pang, “Locklear grabbed Deputy Alldredge by the bicep and pulled on it while ordering him to get out of the house.”
Patuloy ni Hall: “Locklear walked to her bedroom and began to close the door. Deputy Alldredge put his foot in the doorway to prevent her from closing it, and to continue the investigation. Heather attempted to push Deputy Alldredge out of the doorway, and screamed, ‘Get the f— out of my house!’ She battered Deputy Alldredge by kicking him in his shin in an attempt to get his foot out of the doorway. The source was strong enough to force Deputy Alldredge’s leg out of the doorway.”
“Sergeant Camou asked Locklear to exit the bedroom several times before she complied,” paliwanag pa ni Hall. “She continued to yell and scream at the deputies to leave her house while pacing back and forth in a very aggressive manner. Locklear yelled profanities at the deputies and tried to physically push Sergeant Camou and Deputy Nesgis with her hands out of the house.”
Kalaunan, inaresto na si Locklear. “Sergeant Camou had to grab Locklear’s arms to restrain her,” ani Hall. “Locklear continued to struggle and resist as Deputy Nesgis handcuffed her. Locklear was lying on her stomach handcuffed. As Deputy Nesgis rolled Heather on to her right side to stand her up, she kicked Sergeant Camou with her left foot. … Due to her combative behavior, deputies place a hobble around Locklear’s ankles to prevent her from kicking deputies.”
“‘You f—— deserve your kids to die! You f—— deserve it!’”sabi ni Locklear ayon sa report ni Deputy Nesgis. “‘And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!’ ”
“‘I hope no one f——- burns your entire department down, your f—— police department,’” ito naman ang sabi ni Hall na binitiwang salita umano ni Locklear sa deputies, ayon sa report. “Get the f— off my property. Don’t ever come on it. All of you are not allowed … I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f—— put another count against me.’ ”
Ang banta ng “shoot” sa mga pulis ang naging ugat ng search warrant sa kanyang bahay. Nitong Martes, sinuyod ng pulisya ang bahay ni Locklear, para hanapin ang baril na umano’y nakarehistro sa pangalan niya, ngunit wala silang nakita.
Ilang oras matapos maaresto, dinakma naman si Heisser para sa DUI. Hindi pa malinaw kung nagsumite ito ng apela.
Samantala, mula nang maaresto, humingi na ng tulong si Locklear para labanan ang kanyang adiksiyon. “Heather is in treatment for addiction,” pahayag ng kaibigan ng aktres sa People. “Everyone hopes she gets well, that she gets better.”
“Addiction is obviously a strong disease and as much as friends and family who love her and want her to get better and be happy, no one can do the work for her,” dagdag pa ng kaibigan. “Hopefully she is getting the help she needs.”
Dati nang may substance abuse si Locklear, at hindi ito ang unang pagsailalim niya sa treatment. Noong Marso 2008, tumawag ang kanyang doktor sa 911 at iniulat na siya ay nagtatangkang magpakamatay, at noong Hunyo, humingi siya ng tulong para sa kanyang psychological issues. Lumabas siya sa Arizona facility pagkaraan ng apat na linggo.
Noong Setyembre, inaresto ang aktres dahil sa umano’y pagmamaneho habang lango sa droga sa California. At noong 2012, naospital siya nang umano’y uminom siya ng pinaghalong droga at alak.
