‘’The first lady looks forward to a full recovery so she can continue her work on behalf of children everywhere.’’
Ilang oras matapos ang procedure, binisita ni President Donald Trump ang kanyang asawa sa Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, sa hilaga ng Washington.

Ayon kay Elizabeth Kavaler, urologist sa Lenox Hill Hospital sa New York, ang first lady ay maaaring mayroong karaniwang benign tumor ng kidney na tinatawag na angiomyolipoma, o AML.
‘’They are more common in women. They can grow but they are not cancerous,’’ paliwanag ni Kavaler.
