GAB at DOH, pakner na tunay
NANATILING matibay ang tambalan ng Games and Amusement Board (GAB) at Department of Health (DOH) sa layuning mapangalagaan at matiyak ang kalusugan ng mga atletang professional.
Muling lumagda sa Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) nitong Agosto 17 sina GAB Chairman Abraham ”Baham” Mitra, at DOH Secretary Francisco T. Duque III, para sa libreng diagnostic, medical, at neurologic services ng mga professional Pinoy athletes, tulad ng boxers, at mixed martial arts practitioners.
“This is another worthy by GAB and the DOH to ensure the well-being of our professional Filipino boxers and mixed martial artists,” pahayag ni Mitra.
“We did very well when we started it during the time of DOH Sec.Paulyn Jean Rosell-Ubial last year and we hope to do the same under Sec. Duque this time,” aniya.
“Today as we sign the continuation of the foregoing agreement with GAB, it is encouraging to note that we were able to execute this MOA successfully through the support of our hospitals,” sambit ni Sec. Duque.
“We affirm the DOH’s ongoing support to all our professional Filipino boxers and mixed martial artists who always strive to bring pride and honor for our country.”
