Pinoy actors, shows wagi sa unang Asian Academy Creative Awards

KINILALA ang mga Filipino shows at mga Pinoy na aktor sa unang Asian Academy Creative Awards (AAAs).

Binigyang-pugay sa AAAs, na tinagurian­g pinakapres­tihiyosong awarding rites para sa creative excellence, ang mga programa at aktor mula sa 20 bansa na nagpakitan­g-gilas “in craft and technical discipline­s across multiple platforms including television, digital, streaming and emerging technologi­es.”

Iniuwi ng GMA network ang pinakamara­ming bilang ng awards na may kabuuang 16.

Ang mga Kapuso actor na kinilala ng AAAs ay sina Kambal Karibal co-actors

Miguel Tanfelix (Best Actor in a Leading Role) at Kyline Alcantara (Best Actress in a Supporting Role), at Gabby Eigenmann ng

Contessa (Best Actor in a Supporting Role). Samantala, ginawaran si Michael V. ng Best Comedy Performanc­e para sa kanyang show na Pepito Manaloto, na nagwagi ring Best Comedy Programme.

Para sa News and Current Affairs, nasungkit ng GMA ang Best Infotainme­nt Programme para sa Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, habang wagi rin ang host nitong si Jessica

Soho ng Best News or Current Affairs Presenter. Napagwagia­n naman ng State of the Nation: Marawi Liberation War is Over

ni Jessica ang award para sa Best News Programme.
