GAB ‘Interactive booth’ sa eGamers Summit

-

“The Summit serves as an opportunity to educate eSports stakeholders including eSports athletes, managers, coaches, organizers and casters on the requirements as well as benefits of securing professional licenses and permits from GAB,” pahayag ni GAB Chairman Abraham ‘Baham’ Mitra.

GAB not only legitimized the orderly and safe conduct of esports as duly recognized professional sports in the country but also ensured protection of sports athletes and its organizers,” pahayag ni ng dating Palawan Governor at House of Representative member.

“Other than requiring professional eSport athletes to undergo drus testing and medical examination before egames, GAB’s efforts also include promoting responsible gaming among players,” aniya.

“Future top sSports tournaments are expected not only to promote tourism with foreign eSports games participants coming into the country, but also to increase revenue shares of the government, through issued licenses and permits as well as GAB shares from tournament ticket shares. Government funds in turn are used to finance various infrastructures and projects of the government,” pahayag ni Mitra.
