“The Executive branch has taken forceful action, with the Department of Justice (DOJ) taking the lead and is expected to come up with a resolution before the end of the month,” sinabi niya sa isang pahayag.

“Appropriate charges will be lodged and pursued against government officials and private individuals found responsible by the DOJ for this failed health program for children,” ani Panelo.

“He hears all the calls for justice of families of children whose deaths are reportedly caused by the said vaccine,” dagdag niya.

“The separate death certificates of the complainants’ children unequivocally show that their respective children died due to various health conditions which they develop without any material connection to the date of the vaccination,” saad sa counter-affidavit na kanyang inihain sa panel of prosecutors, na nagsasagawa ng preliminary investigation sa mga reklamo, nitong Lunes.

“The findings cited in the PAO Report and Memorandum is not supported by medical and scientific evidence,” sabi ni Garin.

“Moreover, the ‘findings’ are worthless because they were derived from a totally out of protocol procedure not sanctioned by the science behind pathology or the casual study of disease,” dugtong niya.
