Ex-business partner ni Kris, naglustay ng mahigit R1.2M
BAGO pumunta si Kris Aquino sa Mandaluyong Prosecutor’s Office kahapon, kasama ang abogadong si Atty. Sig Fortun, ay nakita naming nag-post siya ng video nitong Miyerkules nang gabi ng series of credit card statement of account na umabot sa mahigit P1 milyon ang total payment.
“Commenting unfortunately will need to be turned off. I am following instructions of my lawyers. (Fever is still 38.5, will now take my medicine and try to sleep.) I personally edited this myself because my doctors encouraged me to release all that is still hurting and angering me.”
Kasama sa video ang statement of account na nakasaad ang: “I trusted you, and you betrayed me. Why would you do that to me after I gave you everything I had?

Ang nasabing credit card ay solong pag-aari ni Kris bilang mayari ng Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions, at may extension card naman ang dati niyang business manager nito.
Personal na gastusin ng business manager ni Kris ang pinaggamitan ng credit card na hindi related sa KCAP, at hindi rin ito ipinaalam sa kanya. Kaya nag-file ng criminal complaints si Kris laban sa taong pinagkatiwalaan niya dahil sa paggamit nito ng pondo ng KCAP na umabot sa P1,270,980.31.
Umabot sa 44 counts ng qualified theft at paglabag sa Access Devices Regulation Act ang inihain ni Kris nitoong October 12 sa Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasig City, San Juan City, Taguig City, Makati City at Manila.
“Prior to my discovery of these expenses and demand for their payment, respondent neither informed me about them nor undertook or made arrangements to settle them,” saad sa reklamo ni Kris. Nabanggit ding nagpadala ng tseke ang taong nanloko kay Kris sa halagang P437,000.
“Would not belie the fact that there was a crime committed through serious breach of trust.”
At base na rin sa aming source ay kasalukuyang nasa Thailand ang taong nanloko kay Kris at hindi pa rin bumabalik sa bansa hanggang ngayon. Samantala, nananatiling bukas ang pahinang ito para sa dating business partner ni Kris o sa pamilya niyang naririto sa Pilipinas.
