Atty. Jesus Falcis, paulit-ulit lang ang isyu kay Kris
NAGLABAS na naman si Attorney Jesus Falcis sa kanyang Facebook blog ng paliwanag kung bakit kinasuhan ni Kris Aquino ang kuya niyang si Nicko Falcis II, ang dating business manager ng Kris C. Aquino Productions (KCAP), at financial adviser, ng 44 counts of qualified theft sa pitong siyudad sa Metro Manila, gayung may prebilehiyo naman itong gumamit ng credit card mula sa KCAP.
Ang caption ni Atty Jesus sa litratong magkasama sina Kris at Nicko: “Kris Aquino engaged (not hired) the professional services of my brother (who wasn’t her employee) in mid 2017.
“My brother was already self-made before he was engaged. And he was sought out precisely because he was an expert in finance.
“Why would my brother charge 1.2 million in credit card expenses without authority? To begin with, the card in question was in his name. Further, he has other credit cards to use for any personal expenses. And most importantly, the billing statements were sent monthly to the house of Kris and scrutinized by her accountants, one of which is former BIR Commissioner Kim Henares, and staff.
“And when you say theft, may ninakaw. How the hell can you steal a credit card charge? At most, utang lang ‘yun. Legal theory gone bonkers! Haha.
“Now the question is, why would someone go through all the trouble of filing cases if it weren’t true? Maybe to shut the person up because he knows a lot.
“Anyone can look up the case and check that the cases filed against my brother does not include alleged unauthorized credit card charges for FB boosting. So authorized lahat ng FB boosting he he he. Abangan ang susunod na mga resibo at PABanata! #PABoost #PinoyAkoBully #StandUpToBullies.”
Kung hindi kami nagkakamali ay paulit-ulit na itong ipino-post ni Atty. Jesus sa kanyang social media account, at lagi niyang inuusisa ang tungkol sa paggamit ng KCAP credit card.
At dahil nakasampa na ang kaso ay hindi na siya sinasagot ni Kris, bagkus ay hinihintay ang pagbabalik ni Nicko, na nasa ibang bansa para harapin ang mga kaso niya na hindi naman nangyayari pa. Ang abogadong kapatid ni Nicko ang tumatalak sa social media na humantong pa sa pagtawag ng kung anu-ano kay Kris, na halatang iniinis niya kaya ang ending, pati si Atty Jesus ay inireklamo na rin ng 9 counts of cyber libel sa Department of Justice (DoJ) noong unang linggo ng Disyembre.
Isa sa mga nagkomento ang nagsabi: “Why repost this?”
May nagsabi rin: “The Aquinos are not liars, let the court decide.” Ipinagdiinan din ng abogado na baka kaya kinasuhan ni Kris si Nicko ay para patahimikin ito, bagay na inalmahan din ng nakararami. Naniniwala silang hindi basta gagawa ng hakbang ang Presidente at CEO ng KCAP kung wala itong hawak na maraming ebidensiya.
“Hindi kaya dapat ang kabahan ay si Nicko dahil lahat ng tungkol sa kanya ay alam ni Kris?” ito ang sabi ng aming source na sumusubaybay sa kaso since day one.
By the way, matagal nang umiikot ang tsismis na may karelasyon daw si Nicko na artista, at dito interesado ang lahat na nag-aabang sa mga susunod na kabanata.
