Audio recording, sinagot ni Kris
KUMALAT na sa social media ang audio recording ng pag-uusap nina Kris Aquino at Nicko Falcis, nang ayon sa huli ay binantaan ni Kris ang buhay niya kaya siya namalagi muna sa ibang bansa, at nitong Disyembre lang siya nakabalik sa Pilipinas, habang nasa Japan noon si Kris.
Obviously, sa kampo ni Nicko nanggaling ang audio na ipinadala sa PEP.
Sakto namang gising pa si Kris nang madaling araw kahapon at sinagot niya ang isyu.
“I will state the date, September 27, 2018. It is now January 15, 2019. 2 very straightforward questions: Why hasn’t Nicko Falcis filed a case of GRAVE THREATS against me with any prosecutor in October, November, December 2018, or this 1st half of January 2019?
“110 days have passed. I am ready to face whatever charges and vigorously defend myself in the court of law.
“2nd question: Bakit hanggang ngayon ayaw sagutin kung nasaan ang P40 million investment na galing sa trust fund ng mga anak ko?”
Hayan, tulad ng sinulat namin dito sa BALITA kahapon ay paulit-ulit pa ring tinatanong ni Kris ang report tungkol sa P40M na hindi pa rin sinasagot ni Nicko.

Si Nicko Falcis po ang topic ni Kris sa kuwento niya sa Instagram, na hindi niya binabanggit ang pangalan.
