General’s daughter wagi sa Miss Philippine Youth 2020
ISANG 16-year-old teenager na pangarap maging police officer ang kinoronahang Miss Philippine Youth 2020 sa kompetisyon na idinaos sa Pasig City, kamakailan.
Si Patricia Angela Cruz ay isang 11th-grade student sa San Beda College na mahilig rin tumugtog ng piano at violin. Kinoronahan siya ni outgoing queen Miss Philippine Youth 2019

“Thank you so much to everyone who supported me in this journey. I feel so blessed, I never expected to win such a prestigious title,” pagbabahagi ni Patricia.
Si Patricia ay anak ni Police Brigadier General Gilberto DC Cruz, director ng Police Regional Office 13 (Caraga Region), at ng dating actressturned-mayor Jennifer “Ina Alegre’ Cruz ng Pola, Oriental Mindoro.
Hindi naman ito ang unang pagkakataon na sumabak sa pageant ang dalaga. Noong 11-anyos ito, sumabak din siya sa 2015 Princess Universe pageant sa St. George Palace Resort and Spa, Svet Blas, Burgas, sa Bulgaria kung saan siya nanalo.
Gustong sumunod ni Patricia sa kanyang ama.
Samantala, si Kyle Patrick de Guzman ang kinilalang Mr. Philippine Youth 2020.
Bukod sa dalawa, nagwagi rin sa kompetisyon sina: Mr. and Ms. Philippine Youth Princes and Princesses Eve Janine Valdez at Drake Aclan; Rin Rin Raz at Gian Garcia; Ashley Antonio at James Lorenzo Damaso; at Marielle Lim at Joseph Leo.
“As Miss Philippine Youth International 2020, I will make sure to fulfill my duties for the Philippine Youth, to take every opportunity and to make efforts to push forward the advocacies that I have,”pahayag pa ni Patricia.
