Richmonde Hotels announce Christmas fund-raising programs for charities

AT RICHMONDE Hotel Ortigas and Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, one can help make someone’s holiday memorable with fund-raising programs that support select charitable institutions.

For the past five years, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel has been giving back to the community of Quezon City by way of donations to the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC), a residential facility that houses abandoned, abused, exploited, and orphaned children aged six and below.

Now on its 6th year, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel enjoins guests to extend their love and care to the residents of RSCC through its ANGEL OF HOPE program. Every P200 donation will add an angel ornament to the Christmas Tree of Hope in honor of the donor. Donors also get a chance to win an overnight stay in the raffle, plus an assortment of goodies when they play the Help Angel Afriel game. All cash contributions will be endorsed to RSCC to help fund their projects and operations.

Meanwhile, ongoing all-year round at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas for several years already is the CHOCOLATES FOR CHARITY at the Lobby Café where part of the proceeds from the sale of choco- late lollipops will go to three foundations supported by the hotel: C.R.I.B.S. (Create Responsive Infants By Sharing) Foundation, Caritas Manila, and Bahay Kanlungan ni Maria Domenica.

Richmonde Ortigas also launched the CHRISTMAS CHARI-TEA program this year to raise additional funds for these nonprofit organizations.

The Chari-Tea is a specially blended frozen strawberry iced tea which will be available all-season long at all the restaurant outlets of the hotel for only P185 net. Proceeds from each order will be donated to the hotel’s chosen charities. Cash donations may also be made at the lobby donation box or the front desk.
