SSS turns satellite office in Ortigas into a branch office

ROBINSONS Malls once again raised the bar on public service as it expanded its SSS satellite office in Robinsons GalleriaOrtigas to a branch office. The new and bigger SSS Ortigas branch office is located at the mall’s lower level occupying 400 square- meter space.

The office now has more counters and seats that can serve more than 200 customers per day. It offers complete services such as registration (Employers and Members); receiving of all types of claims and applications; processing and payment of funeral claims; processing of salary loans; accounts monitoring system; UMID processing and data capture/e-Center. The new office also added a special feature especially for mothers — the breastfeeding room. SSS Ortigas branch office is open on weekdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The expansion of SSS office in Robinsons Galleria is part of Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center’s commitment to provide the Filipino public with a hassle-free way of processing government related transactions. Currently, there are 26 SSS satellite offices in Robinsons Malls nationwide and another two branch offices located in Robinsons Galleria Cebu and Robinsons Galleria-Ortigas. There will be another satellite office soon to open in Robinsons Place Lipa and another branch office in Robinsons Novaliches.

Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center is a public service program of Robinsons Land Corporation. It is the Philippines’ first and biggest shopping center facility that brings together all the government agencies most relevant to the communities where Robinsons Malls are located.

At present, there are 18 participating government agencies.
