Summer break

Ambulant vendors have a chat as they take a break from selling hats and other items to local and foreign tourists enjoying the white sand at the popular Boracay Island. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is set to announce the start of the summer season as the warm easterly winds come in, which is expected before the end of March.
