Motorcycle fest promotes riding lifestyle
MULTI-BRAND seller of motorcycle gear and accessories MotoWorld at the recent Inside Racing Bike Festival and Trade Show opened up to local riders an array of the latest technologies and products designed to transform motorcycles from being just a means of transportation into an extension of one’s personality and lifestyle.
The company during the March 24-26 show brought out top international brands like Shoei, which offers helmets completely handmade in Japan, and Metzeler, a German maker of motorcycle tires that boast a century of heritage. Another top brand represented at the festival was the Slovenia-made Akrapovic, which specializes in motorcycle exhaust systems. The majority of its products are made from titanium and carbonfiber, making them ideal for high-performance bikes.
A host of protective riding gear was also presented at the show — like suits, gloves, boots and jackets of various brands that slot in a wide range of prices. Among these one of the most interesting items is the 10C helmet communication system and camera made by Sena.
The 10C uses an integrated Bluetooth device that can link with a mobile phone, allowing a rider to take or make calls hands-free. Operating a digital music player or a navigation system through Bluetooth is possible as well. Fitted with an HD camera that can shoot videos — either at a 1,080-pixel resolution at a rate of 30 frames per second, or 720 pixels at 30-60 frames per second, the 10C can also take still shots in 3.5-megapixel resolution, and even has burst and time-lapse modes. This makes it perfect for any riding lifestyle —
