PayMaya Philippines signs agreement with Palawan Pawnshop

PAYMAYA Philippines, the country’s leading digital financial services provider and the company behind Smart Padala, the leading mobile money domestic remittance network, sealed a new initiative with Palawan Pawnshop, the leader in traditional domestic remittance in the Philippines to expand digital financial and remittance services to more Filipinos.

With the partnership, consumers can now send and receive Smart Padala remittance and soon, reload their PayMaya accounts through select Palawan Pawnshop branches in Luzon. The scope of the collaboration is set to expand in the months to come, making Smart Padala and PayMaya services available at all Palawan Pawnshop stores nationwide.

Soon, Palawan outlets will also accept bills payment and carry prepaid products such as e-load and data, Meralco, CIGNAL, and Game Pins, making Palawan a one-stop-shop for key digital financial services needs.
