for the price of one, along with its trio of Crispy Netted Rolls. Italianni’s is giving a whole Quattro Formaggio pizza for free with a minimum purchase of P2,000. Fine Filipino restaurant Crisostomo is giving a complementary slice of Chocnut Torte for minimum P2,000 transaction. Red Crab Alimango House is also giving a free dessert for diners who spend at least P1,000. Recipes at Newport Mall’s cinema level is offering 5% off on all set meals. Naahm at Belmont Hotel is offering a 20% discount on breakfast meals all day and 50% off on all bread and pastries from 8 p.m. until closing time. Mr. Kurosawa lets diners enjoy Japanese fusion at 10% off for cash and 5% off for credit card transactions until July 31. For only P88, RWM signature restaurant Café Maxims offers Filipino breakfast favorites — complete with a glass of juice or cup of coffee — any time of the day until July 31. Johnny’s Steak & Grill
JOHNNY’S Steak and Grill, located at B Hotel Quezon City, will be celebrating its first anniversary from June 27 to July 2 by offering special set menus. Guests can order Certified Angus Beef (CAB) prime rib eye for P1,111 and US Beef Rib Steak for P1,001. Both set meals comes with soup, dessert, and refillable iced tea. THE Crimson Hotel in Filinvest City celebrates America’s independence by offering an American Buffet Special at Café Eight from June 30 to July 16. The selection includes mac & cheese, hearty cuts of BBQ spare ribs, roasted chicken and turkey, and meaty favorites, plus desserts like puddings, red velvet cake, pies and cobblers. Franco’s is closing down
FRANCO’S, the casual dining family restaurant known for its quirky interiors, and selections like Angus Beef
Cream Cheese Cigars, hefty chargrilled 500-gram steaks, and authentic Reuben sandwiches, will close its doors on July 3 after a successful 11-year run. “We are happy with Franco’s and how the market has embraced our brand for the past 11 years,” said chef restaurateur Ramon Eugenio in a statement, “but the team is moving forward and will be devoting their time studying emerging restaurant trends and trying out fresh and exciting concepts for the brand. We’ll make the announcement when it’s the right time.” Until July 2, fans of Franco’s will get to enjoy an 11% discount on all food items to celebrate the restaurant’s 11 years. After its closure on July 3, Franco’s habitués may still avail of choice dishes from the restaurant’s sister establishments: Myron’s at Ascott Makati; and The Flying Pan at Citadines Salcedo Makati. Franco’s is located on the lower ground level of the Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Makati City.
